Thank you for shopping with Nikhil Handlooms! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Important Instructions:
- Record a 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- The video must be clear, continuous, without any pause or cut.
- Mandatory for any claim of damage, missing item or wrong product.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Dispatch Time: 2–3 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: 7–10 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Return & Refund Policy:
We follow a No Return / No Refund policy except for damaged products with valid proof.
We DO NOT accept returns/refunds for:
- Color difference of 5–10% due to lighting/photography.
- Product not liked after delivery.
- Size issues (all products are stitched as per selected size).
- Minor defects like loose threads, small marks, zari pulls.
- Delays caused by courier partners.
Exchange is accepted only when:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a wrong product.
- The issue is clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Exchange Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchange is processed after video verification.
- Exchange depends on product availability.
- No cash refunds under any condition.
Size Related Policy:
Check measurements carefully before ordering. Returns for size issues are not accepted.
Final Note:
We deliver handcrafted products. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
